guidance from the CDC and regulations by the Massachusetts Board of Cosmetology and Governor Charlie Baker, the health, safety & well being of our staff and guests are paramount.
The effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic has changed our ability in servicing clients the way we're accustomed to.
In full transparency we want you to be aware of the following:
Our Blowdrying, Waxing and Nail Care services are currently unavailable
You must have a scheduled appointment. Appointments can be made by clicking the "Contact" tab at the top of our homepage and sending us a message OR by phone. Your credit card information will be put on file. If you would like a faster check out, we will be able to process your payment with your card on file.
All clients will be required to fill out a Pre-Appointment Questionnaire prior to booking and a COVID-19 Safeguard.
Our staff and clients must wear a face covering when entering the salon and remain wearing it at all times. Face coverings must be secured around the ears or self-adhering in order to receive hair services. If you forget your face covering, please call the salon and we will bring one out to you. There will be a $3 charge.
We ask for you to bring in only necessary items; phone, keys, wallet
All staff and guests will be directed to sanitize their hands upon entry. Please take use of sterilizing your phone and keys if you would like to have them out during your service (its pretty cool).
Staff and guests will be temperature checked.
2 touchless readings will be taken and can not exceed 99.9 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lets continue to converse and laugh but please respect social distancing with other clients and staff.
Hand washing stations are available to all staff and guests. You are more than welcome to utilize the sink as often as you want.
While at the shampoo bowl, relax and enjoy the time in silence. We will be providing complementary Color Protecting Treatments or Scalp Treatments depending on your scheduled appointment. We've been apart for so long, let us spoil you.
Our cancellation policy has changed: If you are feeling ill, we kindly ask you to call us at your earliest convenience. Will will be waiving our late cancellation fee and will get you rescheduled as soon as you are feeling better. In the event of a no-show appointment, your credit card on file will be charged for the full amount of your scheduled service.
Eating and drinking will be prohibited on the cutting floor. Unfortunately our beverage station will be unavailable for the time being.
Please refrain from bringing anyone with you to your appointment while we are in the phased stages of opening and social distancing. Our reception furniture has been removed.
Given the length of time between appointments, your hair has grown our significantly. There will be an added cost for additional color mixed.
