We proudly stand behind all styling products we sell at FUSION Salon a Spa Experience. We will gladly exchange any styling aide up to 14 days after purchase regardless if its been used or not. We want you happy!!
Cancellation Policy
Please understand late cancellations are extremely difficult to fill. Planning and preparation go into all of our scheduling efforts to best accommodate your appointment needs as well as the needs of other guests. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice in the event you need to cancel your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of your scheduled service). Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours or no-showed appointments will be charged 100% of their scheduled service.  We reserve the right to refuse service after any no-showed appointment
Service Refund Policy
Understand that results can vary from person to person and an exact replica will never be guaranteed In the event you are unhappy with your service results, please call the salon within 7 days .  Refunds will not be honored .
