Our cancellation policy still remains in effect.  If your schedule has changed and your unable to keep your reserved time, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee (50% of scheduled service). If canceling less than 24 hours prior, full payment of your missed appointment will have to be paid prior to booking your next appointment. In the event of a no-showed appointment, you would be required to pay the full amount of your service missed and we would require a credit card on file to secure future appointments. Please understand, we do our best to accommodate your appointment request through strategic booking and team efforts.  Late cancellations are difficult to fill and result in a loss of income to our stylists.


 In the event that you are experiencing COVID-19 related symptoms; coughing, fever, difficulty breathing, we kindly ask that you call the salon as soon as possible so we can reschedule your appointment with no cancellation fee.
